Objective
The purpose of this project was to design a spring pallet loader with the following design requirements:

Maximum (unfactored) load of 1,000 lbs

Spring stiffness to be adjustable through air-springs

Weight: Less than 50 lbs (if possible)

Raised Height: 30 inches
-
Lowered Height: 10 inches

Base and Platform Size: 25x25 inches
-
Production Cost: < $500 (if possible)

Platform does not need to rotate
